Alexandria earned a Bachelor's of Science in Community Development from Central Michigan University in 2020 after taking one class at a time for seven years, while working full time. Alexandria lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her teenage daughter and their beloved dogs, Max and Hazel.

With over a decade of experience in HR management, Nicole is a seasoned HR leader dedicated to partnering with senior executives to align HR initiatives with business strategy and goals. Holding a Masters of Science in HR Management and a SHRM-CP certification, she leverages her expertise to design and deliver effective HR solutions that drive organizational success and foster a positive culture.
